GIRO helmets, and their customer satisfaction guarantee isn't worth the webspace it occupies.
I followed the directions on their site to the letter and received a phone call from Diane,
telling me that they werent going to replace my helmet, because they found a compression mark
inside the helmet and they felt it was involved in an impact. Even though I reassured her that
the helmet had not been transported or involved in any impact, she stood firm that the best that
GIRO would do was a 30% trade in on the helmet. If it had been involved in an impact I feel that
the compression mark would be on the outside, not the inside. NO MORE GIRO HELMETS FOR ME ..
